Batesville Bridge Dedication

Photographer unknown 1928. Local politicians posed at this bridge on July 4th 1928, as the first car crossed the White River. The bridge cost $ 330,084 and was dedicated by U.S. Senator T.H. Caraway. From the book Arkansas Odyssey by Michael B. Dougan 1994.
