The Rock Point bridge was one of the first bridges Conde B. McCullough designed in Oregon. McCullough took great strides to create an architecural scheme that complemented the local landscape. The arch abutments feature brush-hammered inset panels and the railing features an urn-shaped balustrade with a band of dentils below.
