Pedestrian Passageway On the west side of the berm, there is a restaurant called the Hubbard Park Lodge. Since there is no parking west of the berm, you park on the east side and walk through this tunnel. The tube is corrugated steel but the portals are art deco in design. Photo taken by J.R.
