The Balustrades

The balustrades are the neoclassical design, commonly referred to as "urns." Note the concrete broken away from the base of the paparpet wall.

Missing Urn

The neoclassical balustrades are troublesome because they have one central rebar. When damaged and the rebar is exposed, it quickly rusts and often fails.
